JUBILEE 50TH POLISH KYOKUSHIN SENIORS CHAMPIONSHIPS, ŚWINOUJSCIE. JUNE 3, 2023

On June 3, 2023, the 50th Jubilee Polish Senior Kyokushin Championships in kumite and kata took place in Świnoujście with the participation of about 120 players representing about 60 PZK member clubs.

The solemn opening ceremony was performed by the President of the City of Świnoujście Paweł Sujka, the President of the PZK and the Vice-President of the Polish Olympic Committee Maciej Sokołowski, the Vice-President of the PZK Andrzej Drewniak and the Vice-President of the PZK Wacław Antoniak. PZK representatives presented the creator of the power of Polish Kyokushin, Shihan A. Drewniak, with a Japanese Katana sword, as a symbol of strength and determination on the 55-year road of building Polish Kyokushin and propagating the idea of sosai Mas. 3 июня 2023 года в Свиноуйсьце прошел 50-й Юбилейный чемпионат Польши по киокушин среди взрослых по кумитэ и ката, в котором приняли участие около 120 игроков, представляющих около 60 клубов-членов PZK.

Торжественную церемонию открытия провели президент города Свиноуйсьце Павел Суйка, президент PZK и вице-президент Олимпийского комитета Польши Мацей Соколовский, вице-президент PZK Анджей Древняк и вице-президент ПЗК Вацлав Антоняк. Представители PZK вручили создателю силы польского киокушин Шихану А. Древняку японский меч катана, как символ силы и решимости на 55-летнем пути построения польского киокушин и пропаганды идеи сосай мас. Ояма, также в Восточной Европе.

 


ITALIAN KWF SUMMER CAMP 2023

On 26/27/28 May 2023 a kyokushinkai karate seminar was held in Italy organized by the Italian kyokushinkai karate organization - KWF Italia C.R. Shihan Tommaso Schirinzi.
The special guest was Shihan Antonio Pinero (IX DAN) who aroused enormous enthusiasm his return to Italy a historical icon of Kyokushinkai Karate, today President of the world federation Kyokushin World Federation (KWF). This is demonstrated by the 122 participants in the internship held on this last weekend in May!!
On this occasion, the Examination Commission chaired by Shihan Pinero conferred new degrees including the black belts:

42ND NATIONAL SPANISH KYOKUSHIN KWF CHAMPIONSHIP 2023

Last Saturday, the 42nd national Kyokushin KWF championship was held at the municipal pavilion in Cheste Valencia (Spain). The event was attended by 34 clubs from all over Spain and two international groups from Portugal and the Netherlands, representing different organizations. A total of 260 competitors from all Kata and Kumite categories, including children and adults, gathered to demonstrate their level in this discipline.


10TH SPANISH WINTER CAMP 2023

The X Spanish Wintercamp (Kangeiko) was held from 3 to 5 of March in Villanua (Huesca), in the heart of Spanish Pyrenees.
The camp covered all aspects of kyokushin: kihon, kata and kumite in inside and outside trainings.
The lanscape is very beatiful ad the weather was fantastic. Everybody enjoyed a lot with the trainings and the good kyokushin atmosphere.
140 students participated in the camp from Spain and The Netherlands.
The camp was organized by Budo Karate Club (KWF Spain-shihan Fernando Pérez, 7 dan), and the following instructors were directing the clases:

KAGAMI BIRAKI – NEW YEAR NATIONAL POLISH SEMINAR WITH SHIHAN JAVIER LEZCANO, KRAKOW 2023

On January 14-15, 2023, in the Sports Hall of the MDK "Dom Harcerza" in Krakow, at ul. Reymonta 18, the National Kyokushin Seminar was held as part of the New Years Kagami Biraki with the participation of 120 karatekas from Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Ukraine and Japan.

The special guest and the main teacher of the seminar was the World Champion in kumite and kata shihan Javier Lezcano 6.dan. It was his third visit to Poland as a coach.

The program of the seminar included three two-hour trainings focused on improving kihon, ido geiko, kata, as well as fighting techniques and tactics. The program also included a lecture by the PZK national team doctor, Krzysztof Mawlichanow, MD, PhD, 2nd dan, on resuscitation, i.e. first aid for saving health and life, followed by an hour-long conference of center managers with the participation of shihan J. Lezcano, devoted to current issues and information on the program of training and organizational activities as part of PZK and KWF, such as the 50th Polish Kyokushin Championships in Świnoujście, the 50th European Summer Camp in Krakow and the 4th World Kyokushin Championships in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

Shihan J.Lezcano was also a guest at the POK Headquarters and the Polska YMCA Club in Krakow. 

The seminar was organized by POK under the leadership of shihan Andre Drewniak.
