   The 36th East European Summer Camp will be held in Cracow, Poland on July 22-26. This year the leading instructors will be IKO General Secretary - Shihan Katsuhito Gorai and the IKO Honbu instructor Sensei Artur Hovhanissian (8th karateka in history, who successfully completed the 100 Man Kumite test).

The total cost of participation is 695 PLN (app. 155 EUR).
The price includes accommodation in double room with bathroom.

TRAINING SESSIONS:
Three times a day in groups devided by rank

WHAT YOU NEED TO TAKE:
identity card, two karategi, training shoes, track suit, protectors, isotonic drink, cosmetic, accesories, etc.

EXAMINATIONS:
Kyu and masters (I, II Dan) ranks promotion exams are planned on July 25.
